Corporate Operating and Management Philosophy At Nitelines USA, Inc. our Operating and Management Philosophy, simply stated, is SUSTAINED OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY AND READINESS. Our dedication to this goal is manifest in many ways. We begin with dedication to the mission of our customers, and this is not only to the satisfaction of minimal project requirements. The Corporate Project Management Team has the full authority to call upon the every resource of Nitelines USA, Inc. to ensure an ongoing quality performance from our project staff of professionals. Our personnel policies are similarly directed by this philosophy. Salaries and benefits at all levels are fair, competitive, and aimed at attracting and retaining quality, experienced project personnel. We seek to avoid turnover to maximize our capability to maintain peak performance on all projects. In our quality control plan, all project personnel play an active role in the continuous improvement of our service. We provide all support functions to our project personnel allowing each of them to concentrate on the Project Technical Performance. Our Corporate Project Management Team supplies project technical personnel with effort guidance as necessary. However, they do not interfere in day-to-day technical operations of the project; but still retain responsibility for day-to-day Quality Assurance of the support services project.
