NiteLines USA, Inc. is headquartered in Atlanta, GA. From this location, we provide diversified services to both private sector companies and the various agencies of the federal government. The geographic distance of our customers could make day-to-day management practices and scheduling both more important and more difficult. However, the principle responsibility for the success of our company performance resides with our Corporate Project Management Team (CPMT).

Our Corporate Project Management Team handles all of the day-today administration; management and direction of the on-site management staff as well as ensuring the long-term requirements of our customers are met.  

Our company will provide highest quality project management and technical personnel to perform all required services specified by all of our customers at every level. Through application and refinement, our company has developed strict staffing policies and procedures that ensure prompt and efficient management and administration.

The essence of this approach is based on the simple philosophy that any given individual given the responsibility to complete a task must also have the necessary authority to call upon all of the company’s resources to accomplish that task. When this concept is combined with the rigorous program of quality control the result is exceedingly responsive, pro-active project management at all project levels.

• Implementation of the assigned Project Maintainability Plan to ensure that all functions are covered in case of unexpected occurrences, should they arise.

• Implementation of checks and balances to ensure accountability, efficiency, quality, reporting, and maintainability are consistent to the requirement s of the project and our customers.

• Development of random project evaluations of project personnel to ensure a “second set of eyes” reviews work to ensure on-going project quality control.

• Developing internal project tracking system to be used to report overall project functioning of services to the customer.
