the Corporate Project Management Team has the full authority
to call upon the full resources of NiteLines USA, Inc. to
ensure an ongoing quality performance from our project staff
of professionals.
Our personnel
policies are similarly directed by this philosophy. Salaries
and benefits at all levels are fair, competitive, and aimed
at attracting and retaining quality, experienced project
personnel. We seek to avoid turnover in order to maximize
our capability to maintain peak performance on all projects
at all times. And, in our Quality Control Plan, all project
personnel play an active role in the continuous improvement
of our service. We provide all support functions to our
project personnel allowing each of them to concentrate on
the Project Technical Performance. Our Corporate
Project
management Team supply project technical personnel with
effort guidance as necessary, but do not interfere in
day-to-day technical operations of the project, however, the
Corporate Project management Team is responsible for
day-to-day Quality Assurance of the support services
project.
